I am a certified Life Coach. With over 22 years of experience in the fields of health care aide and personal support worker. I have developed a unique approach to life coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client centred focus. I hold two certificates in health care aide  and personal support worker and a diploma in life coach and basic counselling. I enjoy listening to my clients.
